 QUICK REMINDER & COVID 19 ALERT ❗❗❗❗🚨 ALL NATIONAL SERVICE PERSONNEL Take note of the following :  1. The NSS OFFICE resumes fully on Monday, 11th January, 2021 morning.  2. SUBMISSION OF JANUARY ALLOWANCE FORM continues from today, Monday 18th January 2021 and ends on Wednesday 20th January 2021 . Time :-  from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm each day.  NOTE : Calculation for _NUMBER OF DAYS PERSONNEL HAS BEEN AT POST_ (December 16, 2020 to January 15, 2021 excluding Public Holidays & Weekends)  No late submission of forms will be accepted  3. Whenever you bring  your monthly allowance form, check on your dashboard to see if it is appearing on your dashboard as SUBMITTED or PROCESSING the following day. Mass Biometric Birth Certificate Registration for NSPs

  The executives of the National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) of Kpone-Katamanso has launched a mass biometric birth registration exercise for national service personnel within the municipality.  This exercise is aimed at helping service personnel who have not renewed their old birth certificate and those who have not been registered since birth do so with minimal stress. Service persons do not have to go to the office of the Birth & Death Registry. Those with no certificate can request for a soft copy of the form from their executives and provide the necessary details. Those who want to renew can also send a photocopy or a scan of their old certificate. All payments are to be made to mobile money account of the Birth & Death Registry - 055 239 7379. National service personnel within the municipality are being entreated to take advantage of this initiative to acquire a biometric birth certificate for is a mandatory requirement for applying for a passport.
